Who processes your data

The site sigmaxht.com is published by Sigmax, a sole proprietorship based in Pétion-Ville, Haiti. Sigmax is responsible for the personal data collected on this site.

The data we collect

We only collect the data you send us voluntarily, through one of the two forms on the site.

• Subscription to our publications: full name, email address, and if you wish, a phone number.
• Contact form: the description of your need, your name, your organisation and your email address.

Why we use it

Contact form data is used only to answer your request. Subscription data is used only to send you our publications, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who has access

Your data is neither sold nor passed to third parties for commercial purposes. Two providers are technically involved: Mailchimp, which holds the list of subscribers to our publications, and Resend, which delivers the messages sent through the contact form. Each receives only the data required for its task. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., in the United States, which also runs the serverless functions behind both forms.

How long we keep it

Requests received through the contact form are kept for the time needed to handle them and any relationship that follows. Subscribed addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may ask to see the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Write to contact@sigmaxht.com and we will handle your request.

Cookies

The site sets no audience measurement or advertising cookies. Only the technical mechanisms required for hosting and security may be used by our hosting provider.
